| GREAT YELDHAM PARISH COUNCIL. MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 5TH JANUARY 2005. Present were:- Mr Cumaranatunge, (Chairman), Mrs B. McNeill, Mr M. Wood, Mr Francis, Mr B. Sargeant. Apologies for absence:- County Councillor Mr D. Finch. District Councillor Mr N. McCrea Mrs P. Slimming. Miss S. Smith. Mr T. Ellis. In attendance:- Mr R. Liming. Clerk to the Parish Council. One member of the public. 888. The minutes of the meeting held on December 2nd were considered by members and subject to one addition, requested by Mr Cumaranatunge, that the contents of a letter, received by him from the Standards Office, rejecting a complaint against him for an article written by him in the Parish Magazine, should be included in the minutes. This was agreed by members and the minutes were then approved as a correct record. 889. No Declarations of interest were declared by members on agenda items.
890. Planning Applications. Application No 04/02366/FUL, Storage shed and garage block at 22 Ridgewell Road. Members expressed concern at the height of the intended building and requested that a letter to the planning department be sent pointing out that the application did not give any information about the intended building would have two floors with separate access. 891. Correspondence. Letters received from various authorities concerning, Parish Emergency Contacts, Strengthening programme of Stone Bridge, Terms and Conditions of employment, River Colne Flood Risk Study, The East of England Plan- Draft Regional Spatial strategy for the East of England. Statement of Accounts Braintree district Council, were considered by members Who requested that all documents be held on file. 892. The amended precept was considered by members and it was then resolved that the amended sum of £21973.00 be requested for the year 2005/2006. 893. Village Magazine. Members agreed that advertising costs in the magazine be increased from April 2005 to April 2006 The costs will now be:- for 11 copies, ¼ page from £37.50 to £50.00. ½ page from £77.00 to £95.00.
