GREAT YELDHAM PARISH COUNCIL. MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 3RD FEBUARY 2005. Present were:- Mr Cumaranatunge, (Chairman), Mrs P. Slimming, Mrs B. McNeill, Mr R, Francis, Mr M. Wood, Mr T. Ellis. In attendance:- Mr R. Liming. Clerk to the Parish Council. District Councillor Mr N. McCrea. Two members of the public. 895. Apologies for absence:- Received from Mr D. Gray. Miss S. Smith. Mr B. Sargeant. County Councillor Mr D. Finch. 896. Minutes of previous meeting. The minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 5th January 2005 were approved as a correct record. 897. No declarations of interest for any agenda items were received from members. 898. Planning Applications. One application, (N0 44/02567/FUL) was considered by members. There were no objections recorded from members. 899. Correspondence:- Items of possible interest to the parish Council were read to members and where appropriate, referred for filing. Of particular interest to members was the B.D.C. Local Plan Review, Inspectors Report dealing with appeals against future planning policy. 900. Website, Members considered information received on the advantages of the free Community Website. Members generally were in favour and requested that the Clerk obtain full information for the March Parish Council meeting. 901. Accounts for payment were considered by members and agreed for payment. The meeting closed at 20.45hrs.
