MINUTES of the MEETING of the GREAT YELDHAM PARISH COUNCIL held in the Reading Room, Great Yeldham on Thursday 2nd October 2008. Present were: Mrs. P. Slimming. (Chairman), Mr. R. Francis, Mr. B Sargeant, Mr. J. Beckett, Mr. C. Cumaranatunge, Mr. D. Dyson. In attendance: Mr. R. Liming, Clerk to the Parish Council. Apologies for absence: Ms. M Baker. Mr. R May. Mr. I Spencer. Mr. McCrea. Mr. D Finch. 2187. Declarations of interest received from members. No declarations received. 2188. To confirm the minutes of the last meeting. The minutes of the meeting held on September 4th 2008 were confirmed a correct record. 2189 Planning Applications. Application No 20081737FUL; Oak Inn Cottages. Great Yeldham New Side and rear extension. No objections from Parish Council. 2190. Correspondence received by the Parish Council. Correspondence relating to information and future dates of importance were read to members and referred for filing when appropriate. 2191. Parish Precept for 2008/2009. Members were reminded that the frame- work for the 2008/2009 year Parish Precept would be formed in the November meeting and that where possible, advantage should be taken of the many funding centres now available. 2192. Woodland Glades Boundaries. A meeting is to be arranged to discuss the proposed boundaries, with all interested parties. 2193. Accounts for payment were approved for payment. The meeting closed at 22.20 hrs.
