MINUTES of the MEETING of the GREAT YELDHAM PARISH COUNCIL The meeting was held in the Reading Room, Great Yeldham on Thursday 5th November 2009. Present were:  Mrs P Slimming (Chairman), Mr C Cumaranatunge (Vice Chairman), Mr J Oswald, Mr B. Sargeant, Mr D Dyson, Mrs L Cordell. In attendance:  Mr R Liming, Clerk to the Parish Council. Apologies for absence: C.C. Mr D Finch. D.C. Mr Nigel G McCrea. Mr R May. Mr R Rawlinson. Public question time. None. 2299.  Declarations of Interest. None received from members. 2300.  Minutes. The minutes of the October 2009 meeting were approved as a correct record. 2301.  Correspondence Received. Correspondence relating to information on future dates of importance were read to members, and referred for filing when appropriate. 2302.  Skateboard Park. Funding application was submitted in time to meet the required entry deadline. Successful applicants will be notified in March 2010. 2303.  Planning Applications Received for Comment. Application No 1380/ELD. Poole Farm, Great Yeldham. No objections from Parish Council. Application No 1356/LBC. Rookery Farm, Poole Street, Great Yeldham. No Objections from Parish Council. Application No 1374.FUL1. St Andrews C of E Primary School. New school nursery. No objections from Parish Council. 2304. Sports Ground / Parish Council Administration. Internal Audit Memo. A full report will be given at the December meeting. 2305.  New Notice Board for External Wall of Village Hall. Members voted against this proposal. Proposed purchase of three new rubbish bins at a cost of £885.00 + VAT was approved by members. 2306.  Accounts for Payment. Accounts for payment were approved for payment.

To be in sequence these minute numbers should have 1000 added to them. Always quote month as well as number.
